What www.coagnes.com and lab.coagnes.com record about a visit, who receives it, and what never leaves your browser.

§What never leaves your browser

The answers you give in the assessment on www.coagnes.com. They are kept in your browser and sent nowhere — not to us, not to Google. A result travels only inside a link that you choose to copy and share; a visit that starts on such a link is not measured at all.

§The security log at the edge

Every request to these hosts passes a load balancer and a firewall on Google Cloud, which record it: the network address, the country the address is placed in, the browser's identification, a fingerprint of the encrypted connection, the address asked for, and what was decided. We use this log to keep scanners and attacks out and to apply the Acceptable Use Policy. It is kept for thirty days.

§Google Analytics

• Each of the two sites uses Google Analytics 4 — a property of its own for each — to count visits and to see which pages are read, in Google's consent mode: how much it does depends on the answer you give at the foot of the page.
• Until you accept, and after a "Reject", Analytics reads and writes no cookie. It still sends Google cookieless signals about a page view: the address of the page (without its query), the page you came from, your browser type and screen size, the time, a random number for the page load, and the consent state. Your network address is used to derive a country and, Google states, is not logged or stored.
• If you accept, Analytics also sets two first-party cookies on that site alone — _ga, and _ga_ZWPB0ZYM6Y on www.coagnes.com or _ga_8PMXWYH2Z9 on lab.coagnes.com — which let it tell one visit from another for up to two years.
• Your choice is kept in this browser's local storage and nowhere else, separately for each of the two sites: a "yes" on one is not a "yes" on the other. It is asked again after 180 days. You can change it at any time with Cookie settings in the footer; a "no" withdraws the consent and removes the two cookies.
• No advertising. Advertising storage, advertising user data and personalisation are denied whatever you answer. This site does not advertise and does not share data for advertising.
• What is never sent. Anything after the ? of a page address, except campaign labels (utm_…). And a visit that starts on a shared assessment result is not measured at all, whatever you chose: Analytics is switched off for it.
• Opting out altogether. Google's opt-out browser add-on stops Google Analytics on every site; blocking googletagmanager.com in your browser does the same here. Nothing on this site depends on it.

§Nothing else

No other third party receives anything from these sites. There are no advertising networks, no social-media pixels, no session recording.
