Why now

The report has been waiting since the front door, counting its inputs: 1 of 4, 2 of 4, 3 of 4. It needs no button of its own. When the fourth accepted result arrives, the condition it was built with is met, and it acts: it sends the four questions and the four accepted ledgers to the model and publishes what returns.
