What it reached
8 records: your decision (cell.reviewed · accept, #57); the Cell sealed (#58); the accepted findings exported (#59) and delivered into the waiting slot (#62); the figure's result published — press.facts.found, #64. Facts found is closed, and The report now counts 1 of its 4 inputs.

What a first-time reader asks here
What should I check before I accept?
Four things, and none of them needs the machine. Is each claim really in the release? Is its status right — a plan marked declared, a reported event marked happened? Is the quotation the part of the text that supports it? And is anything missing that your question asked for? In this walk every ledger was read that way before it was attested.
What did attesting change, and where did the result go?
Three things, all visible. The Cell is sealed: it will hear nothing more. Its findings travelled back along the return that was declared when the Cell was opened and filled the empty slot of Facts of interest (#62). With both slots full, the figure published its result, #64 — the first entry of its kind under Released. And one thing moved without you: The report counted the first of its four inputs.
Could I have refused?
Yes — Archive is the other button. A refused result stays in the record, marked as archived; nothing returns to the question, and the figure keeps waiting. What a refusal costs is the model call already spent; the Cell's budget is there to bound exactly that.
