The front door: say what you came to do — explained

The gesturePaste the press release into What do you want to do? and press Begin.

What it reached

17 records: your sentence (intent.given, #2), the programme chosen for it and why (#6), and the programme's five figures laid out and waiting — four questions and a report.

#6 · programme.chosen · the worldpress-release — “The intent describes a company announcement of financial results and future plans, which is characteristic of a press release.”

#6 · released · the machineprogramme.chosen — the figure’s published result

What a first-time reader asks here

I typed a text, not a question. Why did a page called Facts found open — and who decided?

The machine decided, and wrote down why. At #5 it asked the language model which of its programmes fits your sentence. The answer, programme.chosen at #6, names the press-release programme and gives its reason — it is quoted above. That programme has five figures, and the workbench opens on the first of them, Facts found.

What is a figure, and what does waiting · 0/1 ready mean?

A figure is one piece of the study that can finish. It listens for certain records and, once it has them all, publishes a result. Facts found waits for two things: your question, and the findings that answer it. 0/1 ready counts its listeners that have everything they wait for — none yet.

What does as of offset 17 mean? I have hardly done anything.

Everything that happens is appended to one numbered list, the log. Pressing Begin produced records #0 to #16 — your sentence, the choice of programme, the programme's parts — so the next free number, the offset, is 17. The number tells you exactly which moment of the record a picture shows.
